All sales are final. We will not process returns or exchanges.
All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout and verification of payment. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments. If additional time is needed to prepare your order, we will notify you via email.
All orders will be shipped to the billing address provided during checkout. We will not ship to a separate shipping address. If you would like to ship to a separate address we will require you to provide a copy of your state issued drivers license.
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. We will provide you with the tracking number and a signature will be required upon receipt.
For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option.
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
